"Growing up in Carlsbad, I was born with the love of the ocean in my blood. I surf at every opportunity that I get and the beach always feels like home. When I'm not on the sand or in the water, I enjoy painting waves and seascapes. I've had less time recently as my wife and I just had a baby girl, our first. She is very smiley and our dog can't wait until she is old enough to throw a ball!"

"I became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2017. After being in the Marine Corps from 2010-2014, I wanted a career where I could help people more directly. I love helping people feel confident with their smiles after dental cleanings, as well as educating them on how they can improve their oral hygiene."
"In my free time, I enjoy camping with my daughter Ellie and my fiancé Valerie. We also love snowboarding and taking Ellie to Disneyland."

A Lifelong Connection
Dr. Willes first met his wife Rebecca while they were in preschool! Although they didn't become friends until high school, they eventually married in 2017.
Their family includes their collie, Delilah, and their new baby girl, Amelia. Teagan and Rebecca enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
Beyond his family life, Dr. Willes is an avid surfer and loves spending time in the ocean. He is also an artist who enjoys painting and woodworking.
